The Perfect Afternoon Snack

Yep, it's as simple as it looks. Here's how:

1) Take a red pepper and cut it into quarters, removing stem and seeds. 

2) Apply 1/2 tablespoon of raw tahini to each quarter.

3) Add a fat slice of avocado.

4) Sprinkle sea salt and a touch of cayenne on each. 

A perfect blend of fresh, savory, salty, and spicy. Raw, vegan nourishment for that hard-working little body of yours, and awesome nutrients for your busy brain. And it took less than five minutes. You're welcome!!
