If you’re a DIY type, here are three of our favorite baths to create at home, hopefully with ingredients that are in your pantry or easy to grab at the grocery store! Feel free to add 5-8 drops of your favorite essential oil to any of these—we'll list a few ideas below.
Buttermilk + Honey Bath
Combine one cup of fresh buttermilk or ¼ cup buttermilk powder with two tablespoons of honey and add to running water. Soak for 20-30 minutes, and rinse well before getting out of the tub. Try this one with 5 drops of lavender essential oil.
Salt + Tea
Add one cup of salt (epsom salt or sea salt), ½ cup baking soda, and three green tea bags to your tub. Steep for 20-30 minutes, and rinse well before getting out of the tub. A few drops of eucalyptus essential oil would be lovely with this bath.
Oat + Coconut Milk Bath
Combine ½ cup oat flour with one can of full-fat coconut milk for the vegan milk bath of your dreams. Rinse well before getting out of the tub. We love sandalwood essential oil with this bath—so dreamy!

Essential oils of marjoram, lavender, eucalyptus, mint, and juniper combine with French gray sea salt and lavender-infused oil to create a restorative bath experience for tired muscles.
Essential oils of lavender, rose geranium, and chamomile create an aroma that transports you someplace other than planet earth while buttermilk softens and strengthens your skin.
Adding a few pumps of your favorite Osmia body oil to your bath will create a skin-softening experience. Just be super careful getting out of the tub, as it will make your tub a bit slippery.
